Meet Heather

Hello! My name is Heather, I am a realtor with Schooner Realty. I have called Santa Cruz home for the past 20+ years, and am also a local small business owner in town. I moved from San Diego to attend UCSC, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management Economics and Santa Cruz got its hold on me- I never left! I own & operate a small skincare boutique, SugarSmith (sugarsmith-skincare.com). In real estate, I strive to help my community find housing stability. I come from a real estate family & love nothing more than helping people find their perfect home.

In my free time, I enjoy walking my two dogs Taco and Tater with my husband, dining/shopping at local businesses, seeing live music and exploring all parts of Santa Cruz County from the redwoods to the ocean. Nothing beats going for a hike in the mountains followed by a dip in the ocean!
